RAA XML Interfaces are updated

Following RAA /2.1, RAA XML Interfaces are updated.

• SOAP & XML -RPC interface You can get �short_description� from Project object.
• plain XML URLs are changed.
  • http://raa.ruby-online.co.uk/raa-xml.xml
  • http://raa.ruby-online.co.uk/raa-xml10.xml
  Latter only includes 10 recently updated items.
• RSS /0.91 URLs are changed.
  • http://raa.ruby-online.co.uk/raa-rdf.xml
  • http://raa.ruby-online.co.uk/raa-rdf10.xml
  Is there anyone who can help us to serve RSS /1.0 file?
• YAML (not a XML !)
